Within the scope of Investment Project Management, the JJM Company has been involved in the following types of activity:

realization of turn-key investment projects involving the application of the "Project Management" or "General Investment Contracting (GRI)" system,
investment supervision,
organization and co-ordination of investment design,
modernization and general refurbishment works
investment consulting.

This area of activity of the JJM Company Firm includes also the following, depending on the nature of the agreement:

consulting and representing the Investor in relation to the administrative authorities and obtaining the relevant permits and expertises
organization and supervision of the investment design process
selection of contractors and suppliers; support during the preparation of cooperation agreements with contractors; negotiating the terms of cooperation
providing investor supervision within the meaning of the Construction Law
final settlement of construction project, along with final financial report
applying, in the course of design and realization of works, the most modern solutions in construction, assembly and modernization technology, with respect to the relevant facilities

JJM - Investor Supervision, extended to consulting with the Investor during the preparation and implementation of the investment, in particular in the development of technical documentation. 

"VILLA JULIETE”- Independent, 8-storey residential building (2 underground garage levels and 6 above-ground residential floors), located in Warsaw's Bemowo district, at 12-15A Drogomilska street, with a total area of 4042 m², comprising 38 apartments with total usable area of 1837 m².

JJM used to provide following services:
- General contractor of the investment in Konstancin - Jeziorna - residential building.
Storeys: 3 (2 above ground + 1 underground).
Total area: 920 m².
Cubature of the building: 3 993 m³.
Completion of implementation: IV quarter 2011

OFFICE AND BANKING BUILDING AT PRZYCZÓŁKOWA STREET

Bank and Office building in Warsaw’s Wilanow district at Przyczółkowa Street. JJM Ltd. Co. has been involved as the general constructor of the investment project.

Storeys: 3 (2 above ground + 1 underground).
Total area: 924 m².
Cubature of the building: 3 018 m³.
Completion of implementation: October 2007.

"PEZETEL DEVELOPMENT" CO. LTD

Office and Bank Center BLUE POINT.

Modern high-rise building at 61 Stanów Zjednoczonych Str. in Warsaw, with the area of approximately 22 800 m².

Period of project realization: 1999 - 2001;

Design, contractor and sub-contract works: Polish companies.

(new building).

Independent modern office/bank building in the city center of Katowice, with the area of approximately 10.000 m².

Design and works: an Austrian firm with participation of Polish and Austrian sub-contractors.

The Building has been declared the Best Katowice's Construction Project of the Year.

Refurbishment and modernization works of parts of the following hotels, carried out without interrupting their normal operation, with the participation of Polish design architects and contractors.

Deputy Investor for construction of housing estate at Wilanowska Street in Warsaw.

The housing estate is composed of 6 housing buildings with 441 appartments and 13 service premises - which total area is 41.656 m² and 677 parking places in underground garages - which total area is 20.260 m², together with full outdoor infrastructure - it means networks and equipment for : water supply, sewerage, heat distribution, power supply, telephone, television etc. and also : roads, sidewalks, bicycle ways, reinforsed concrete bridge - 12,30 m long, green areas and recreation places...

A two-stage complex refurbishment of the residential, public-access and technical facilities areas, including the modernization of a fully-operational 446-rooms, five-stars hotel with the area of approximately 33 000 m².
